Responsibilities :

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Requirement :

- BE in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- MTech is preferred.
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle including: problem definition, product strategy & road-mapping, customer insights/needs, requirement/use case definition, sprint planning, release plans, test experiments, performance evaluations and iterations.




- Partner with the business and cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into short term and long-term product roadmaps.
- Translate product strategy & vision into detailed requirements. Generate detailed Product Requirement Document (PRD) based on inputs from all key stakeholders. Include user engagement plans, user stories, user research and market analysis into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction.
- Manage release plans and sprints on JIRA, scope and prioritize requirements based on business and customer impact. Collaborate with design and analytics team to ensure development ready sprint (epics, user stories and tasks) with finalized designs, content, analytics/measurement requirements and product constraint/rules if any.
- Solid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
