Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media presence. This role is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, drive traffic, and support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to followers in a timely and engaging manner.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting,



budgeting and performance analysis.
- Foster and grow online community engagement and brand advocacy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills..
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience managing a brand with a distinct tone or visual identity.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
