Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of fashion trends, especially in ethnic wear and seasonal cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, posting time, and content formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across all platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and implement them effectively.




- Coordinate with content creators/designers to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of social media platform handling
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance using data
- Ability to plan and schedule content calendars efficiently
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Strong knowledge of ethnic wear, Indian fashion, and seasonal/festive trends

Qualification:

- Any Graduate (Marketing/Media/Fashion preferred)

Experience:

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management (Fashion/Apparel preferred)
