Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and supporting the sales and customer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Generate leads and contribute to sales conversions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow the company's calling process, scripts, policies, and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.




- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Confident, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with performance targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling systems is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, healthcare, beauty, skincare, or wellness industries will be preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

- Basic Salary: ₹9,000/- per month
- Additional performance-based incentives
- Attractive earning potential based on individual performance and target achievement.
- Incentives are subject to the company's prevailing incentive policy.
