Position: Sales Manager – HVAC
Location: Pune, Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 Years (HVAC Industry Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the HVAC industry to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, negotiation, and team management skills, along with a strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and builders.
- Identify and pursue HVAC project sales in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports,



and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC sales, including project sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, MEP projects, and the tendering process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
