Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Finance & Banking Executive who will manage financial operations, banking activities, cash flow monitoring, loan documentation, and coordination with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of finance processes, banking operations, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Banking Operations

Handle day-to-day banking activities including fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT payments, bank reconciliations, and account monitoring.

Liaise with banks for queries, documentation, credit facilities, loans, overdrafts, and other financial transactions.

Manage working capital-related activities and ensure proper utilization of banking limits.

Financial Management

Monitor daily cash flow, fund requirements, and investment needs.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing with accurate reporting.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and manage documentation for bank loans, OD limits, BGs (Bank Guarantees), and LCs (Letters of Credit).

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company financial policies.

Maintain records for audits, statutory filings, and internal finance reviews.

Accounts Coordination





Coordinate with the accounts team for timely posting of financial transactions.

Verify vendor invoices, payments, and ensure compliance with taxation requirements.

Support reconciliation of accounts related to vendors, customers, and banks.

Financial Reporting

Prepare MIS reports, fund flow statements, cash flow projections, and banking-related summaries.

Provide monthly financial updates to management.

Track and report interest charges, loan repayments, and bank charges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).

5–7 years of experience in finance, banking operations, and financial documentation.

Strong knowledge of banking procedures, loan processing, and credit management.

Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel reporting skills mandatory).

Understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Excellent communication and vendor/bank coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information securely.
