About the Role
Senior Marketing Manager to lead and own our entire marketing function. You'll be responsible for brand direction, content strategy, channel management, and leading our junior marketing team.
What You'll Do:
Brand & Content Strategy
- Define and maintain the brand's voice and visual identity in India
- Set content direction across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Oversee influencer marketing strategy and partnerships
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Wedding Season, etc.)
Channel Management
- Own and optimize the brand's presence on Amazon and Nykaa
- Drive conversion and revenue growth across all online channels
- Manage product listings, reviews, and platform promotions
- Oversee D2C storefront performance and CX
Team Leadership
- Manage marketing team
- Set weekly priorities and review performance with the team
Marketing Strategy
- Build and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue targets
- Analyze channel performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the Indian beauty space
What We're Looking For:
Must Have
- 4+ years of marketing experience in India (beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce)
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
- Robust understanding of content and brand strategy
- Influencer marketing background
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV)
