Job Type: Internship (Part-time / Full-time)

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (with increase based on performance)

Content Planning (Ideation)

- Research Instagram trends, reels, and competitor content
- Generate, share, and execute final content ideas on a regular basis
- Write hooks, captions, and basic video concepts
- Plan weekly content direction for the brand
- Work closely with UGC creator to execute ideas
- Own the brand’s visual identity and drive content that improves reach, engagement, and performance

Influencer & UGC Management

- Reach out to creators via Instagram (DMs)
- Identify and shortlist relevant creators
- Coordinate and execute collaborations
- Maintain a creator database (Google Sheets)
- Follow up to ensure content delivery

Requirements

- Strong interest in Instagram,



reels & trends
- Good understanding of what type of content performs
- Basic communication & negotiation skills
- Organized and consistent in follow-ups
- Creative thinking ability (very significant)
- Strong sense of aesthetic and luxury content
- Ability to understand and create content that aligns with the brand’s vibe and positioning
