Position Description:
Job Title: Test Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Automation Specialist with 8-10 years of experience in test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Selenium with Java, Page Object Model (POM), Cucumber, and API testing tools like SOAPUI, Postman, and ReadyAPI. Experience with Bitbucket, GIT, SVN, TestNG, Jenkins, Jira, ALM, and Confluence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, POM, and Cucumber.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing.
Perform API testing using SOAPUI, Postman, and ReadyAPI.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage test cases and defects using Jira, ALM, and document processes in Confluence.
Participate in code reviews, test planning, and sprint ceremonies in Agile environments.
Ensure version control and code management using GIT and SVN.

Robust communication and collaboration abilities
Experience in banking, finance, or insurance domains
Exposure to performance testing or security testing is a plus
ISTQB or equivalent certification is an advantage
