Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work workplace.
- Monitor the use of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
- Inspect completed work and identify any defects or required corrections.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients regarding site activities.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal disruption to project schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and organization of the construction site.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in construction site supervision.




- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic construction management software is an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Primarily works on construction sites.
- May require extended working hours and weekend work to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
