The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com.) with NET/SET/Ph.D. qualifications preferred, and must possess excellent subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a student-centered approach to teaching. Responsibilities include conducting undergraduate theory and practical classes, curriculum planning, academic mentoring, participation in departmental activities, and contributing to the overall development of the institution. Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level will be considered an advantage.
