Role Overview

The Operations Intern will gain hands-on, end-to-end exposure to hospitality operations, coordination, and system-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with reservations and bookings using operational systems
- Verify and update daily check-in and check-out lists
- Support guest check-ins, check-outs, and last-minute changes
- Coordinate with properties regarding payments, settlements, and verification
- Upload payment proofs and follow up on pending balances
- Maintain operational trackers and reports
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Supply, and Accounts teams
- Gain exposure to onboarding processes and operational SOPs

Eligibility

- Diploma, Bachelor’s,



or Postgraduate students in Hospitality, Business, or related fields
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Location: Calicut / Kochi

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
