Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to architect, build, and govern enterprise-scale cloud data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define enterprise data architecture standards, and enable AI/GenAI-ready data platforms while mentoring engineering teams and driving best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Define data architecture standards across ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic modeling, and reporting.
- Build scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
- Partner with AI/ML teams to productionize AI and GenAI workloads.
- Implement enterprise data governance, metadata management, lineage, security, and compliance.
- Drive observability, performance tuning, reliability engineering, and platform optimization.
- Develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, or Data Architecture.




- 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Expertise in Pipelines, Notebooks, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Semantic Models.
- Advanced PySpark and SQL development.
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing AI/ML and GenAI-ready data platforms.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Power BI and Tableau reporting expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud modernization initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of Data Governance and Enterprise Data Architecture.
