Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our Boiler Manufacturing Plant at Alwar. The candidate will be responsible for the complete factory operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Store, Dispatch, HR & Administration, Safety, Cost Control and overall manpower management. The role requires solid leadership with hands-on experience in heavy engineering or boiler manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall factory operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Store, Dispatch, HR & Administration.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, assembly and testing activities.
- Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, staff and shop floor workers.
- Maintain production quality as per IBR/ASME and company standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Planning and Quality departments.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products.
- Monitor machine maintenance and minimize breakdowns.




- Maintain discipline, attendance and workforce productivity.
- Ensure implementation of Safety, 5S and Kaizen practices.
- Control manufacturing costs and reduce material wastage.
- Prepare daily and monthly production & MIS reports.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and factory regulations.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage.
- Experience
- 10–15 years in Heavy Engineering / Boiler Manufacturing / Pressure Vessel Industry.
- Minimum 5 years in Factory/Plant Operations leadership role.
- Experience in Boiler, Pressure Vessel, Fabrication or Heavy Equipment Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
