Repair Technicians (Industrial Electronics)

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics repair with proven expertise in PCB-level troubleshooting and repair

- Advanced proficiency in SMD (Surface Mount Device) soldering and rework techniques; experience with hot-air rework stations and reflow soldering preferred

- Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and repair complex industrial electronic instruments with minimal supervision

- Strong experience with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, logic analyzers)

*

- Track record of maintaining high-quality standards with attention to detail and documentation

*

- Self-motivated, passionate about electronics repair,



and committed to continuous technical learning and skill development

Skills Required

- SMD soldering and rework (BGA, QFP, fine-pitch components)
- PCB-level repair and troubleshooting techniques
- Circuit analysis and fault diagnosis
