Guest Service Associate (Steward) – Job Description

- Greet every guest with a warm smile and make them feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
- Guide guests through the menu, take orders accurately, and suggest dishes or beverages they may enjoy.
- Serve food and drinks with care, ensuring every order is delivered on time and presented well.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to provide a smooth and seamless dining experience.
- Check in with guests during their meal, handle requests promptly, and resolve concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Keep your assigned tables clean, organized, and ready for the next guests while supporting teammates whenever needed.
- Process bills and payments accurately and thank guests warmly as they leave.




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety throughout every shift.
- Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and promotions so you can confidently assist and engage with guests.
- Bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and flexibility to work weekends and rotational shifts is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
