Job Summary

Modi Construction Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Surveyor to join our project team in Bhilwara. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in construction surveying, setting out, and land measurement, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all survey-related activities. The candidate must be capable of working independently and coordinating effectively with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Perform site setting out and layout work as per approved drawings.
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and elevations.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and GPS.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and coordinate data.
- Verify site dimensions, alignments, and levels during project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure survey accuracy.
- Resolve survey-related issues at the project site.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.




- Maintain proper documentation of survey data and daily progress.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
- ITI/Certificate in Surveying with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in construction surveying.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station and Auto Level is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and GPS equipment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with relevant construction industry experience will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites in and around Bhilwara.
