- Serve as the main communication link between centres and radiologists

4. Technical & Radiology Understanding
- Apply working knowledge of radiology procedures and imaging protocols
- Support in resolving technical imaging-related issues
5. Data & Excel Proficiency
- Maintain accurate tracking through Excel
- Analyze operational trends and suggest improvements
6. Multitasking & Flexibility
- Manage shifting priorities with efficiency
