Tamira Life is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, network systems, software applications, and end-user technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, servers, networks, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, printers and attendance systems.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems.
- Provide technical support for end users and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, IP configurations and system security.
- Monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet services and communication systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain CCTV, NVR, door access systems and surveillance infrastructure.
- Support healthcare applications including Clinicea, E-Med and other operational software.




- Generate attendance and IT-related reports and maintain system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, internet services, AMC support and telecom services.
- Ensure timely maintenance of IT assets, printers, network devices and communication systems.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration or Network Support.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting and user support.
- Experience with CCTV, attendance systems, printers and healthcare software is an added advantage.
- Positive problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
