Experience: 0 - 1 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new domestic business opportunities.
- Manage existing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain sales records and update ERP/MS Excel.
- Travel for customer meetings as required.
Skills Required
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.
