Job Description: Candidate should have in-depth knowledge FP&A; process and understanding of accounting policies & compliance.

- Responsibilities: Should be able to manage a team and coach them continuously to achieve business goal
- Should be able to understand & anticipate Clients business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same
- Maintain process documentation (methodologies, data sources, approvals) and support internal/external audit requests
- Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting value chain with thorough understanding of accounting policies and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure stringent governance, identification of process gaps and recommend controls
- Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI,



Alteryx, etc. is preferred
- Ability to partner with clients to drive various strategic initiatives for the function
- Ability to manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders and escalation management
- Lead/drive various transformation initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities and work with the team for execution

- Qualifications: Master's in Accounting/Finance/Qualified/Semi Qualified Accountant
- 10+ years of prior experience in FP&A; and IT Finance
- Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. is preferred
