- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
CSM Developer - App Engine, Case Management, Advanced workflow, ServiceNow Scripting API
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Solid understanding of application release management and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to utilize low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development and customization.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
