We are hiring a Finance & Accounts Executive for our manufacturing unit. Candidates with CA Dropout / CA Inter qualification and experience in manufacturing industry accounts are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data
- Vendor reconciliation and customer ledger reconciliation
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Assisting in monthly closing and MIS reporting
- Maintaining purchase, sales, and inventory records
- Coordination with auditors, bankers, and internal departments
- Preparation of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally and MS Excel
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: CA Dropout / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 2–5 years in Manufacturing Industry
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting & Finance
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / ERP Software
- Strong communication and analytical skills
