- Instructional Leadership: Develop, evaluate, and approve curriculum standards. Observe classroom instruction, evaluate teacher performance, and implement professional development workshops.
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily school operations, manage class schedules, and ensure compliance with district, state, or educational board policies.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Enforce attendance and behavioral policies. Counsel students, address behavioral challenges, and coordinate with families.
- Financial & Resource Management: Develop and administer the school budget, allocate resources, and approve purchases for supplies, maintenance, and educational tools.
- Community Relations: Communicate regularly with parents, board members, and the wider community. Represent the school during emergencies and public events

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
