Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Admissions team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with prospective students over phone calls. The primary responsibility is to generate walk-ins by following up on leads and coordinating with the Admission Counsellor.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Call prospective students from the provided lead database.
- Generate and schedule walk-ins for counselling sessions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Update call status, follow-up remarks, and walk-in details in MS Excel.
- Report daily calling activities and walk-in conversions to the Admission Counsellor/Manager.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all leads.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and walk-in targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining reports.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to work in a team.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admissions will be an added advantage.
