Job Title: Dispatch Executive – Zipper Manufacturing Unit

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations in our zipper manufacturing unit. The candidate will coordinate between the sales, dispatch, and dyeing departments to ensure that customer orders are executed accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and record customer order accurately.

* Prepare and issue work orders to the dyeing department as per customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the dyeing department to ensure timely execution of orders.

* Verify and cross-check finished zipper rolls against the original work order to ensure the correct quantity, shade, size, and specifications.

* Ensure there are no shortages, excess quantities, or mismatches before dispatch.

* Maintain dispatch registers and computer records accurately.





* Coordinate with production, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

* Prepare dispatch documentation and ensure timely movement of goods.

* Follow company procedures for inventory control and dispatch.

* Report any discrepancies immediately to the management.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum Graduate (preferred).

* At least 5 years of dispatch experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

* Positive knowledge of computers, including MS Excel, MS Word.

* Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in textile, garment accessories, zipper, dyeing, packaging, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
