What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in Branding and Marketing.

Strong understanding of luxury, premium or aspirational brands.

Hands on experience with Meta Ads and Performance Marketing.

Comfortable managing monthly marketing budgets.

Able to analyse CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates and Marketing Funnel performance.

Experience preparing MIS reports and presenting insights to leadership.

Ability to understand business numbers, revenue, profitability and P&L.;

Excellent Canva skills for creating premium presentations,



proposals and marketing assets.

Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

Comfortable working directly with the Founder.
