Key Responsibilities

1. Distributor Appointment & Development

- Identify potential distributors in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and onboard new distributors as per company guidelines.
- Develop solid relationships with distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor distributor performance and guide them to achieve sales targets.

2. Primary Sales Management

- Drive primary sales from company to distributors.
- Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock levels of all SKUs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.

3. Secondary Sales & Market Expansion

- Ensure strong secondary sales from distributors to retailers/wholesalers.
- Increase market coverage by adding new retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market.

4. Reporting & Documentation





- Prepare and submit Daily Working Reports (DWR) to the reporting manager.
- Share updates on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of distributor sales, orders, and market visits.

5. Market Execution

- Conduct regular market visits with distributor sales representatives.
- Implement promotional activities and schemes in the market.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and pricing.

Skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Distributor management experience
- Market development and retail network expansion
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Reporting and data analysis
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably snacks/food products).
- Experience in distributor appointment and market expansion.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
