Job Summary

The Export Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying international business opportunities, developing relationships with overseas customers and distributors, promoting the company's products in global markets, and supporting export sales activities. The role involves market research, customer communication, export documentation coordination, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent international markets and potential customers.
- Generate export inquiries through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents.
- Prepare and send quotations, product catalogs, samples, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in coordination with management.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual marketing events.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company export policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business is preferred.

Experience

- 0–5 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or business development.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to conduct international market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
