JOB TITLE: Telecaller - Voice Process

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Communication Requirement: Average Communication Skills
Salary:

- Freshers – ₹16000 In-Hand
- Experienced Candidates – Up to ₹21,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

JOB OVERVIEW

- We are hiring Telecaller Executives responsible for handling customer queries and providing support, giving information about product and service.
- Candidates should be customer-focused and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls or support channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
- Update customer interaction details in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum HSC Pass (Graduates Preferred)




- Basic computer knowledge required
- Positive customer handling attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
