About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Factory Onboarding Executives to expand our AI Data Collection network. The role involves identifying and approaching factories, meeting factory owners or authorized representatives, explaining our AI data collection projects, onboarding interested factories, and maintaining long-term relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication, business development, or field sales experience who want flexible earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit manufacturing units, factories, warehouses, and industrial businesses.
- Meet factory owners, directors, HR managers, or authorized representatives.
- Explain the AI Data Collection project, its process, and business benefits.
- Present the factory's earning opportunities through project participation.
- Assist factories with registration, documentation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate project execution between factories and the operations team.
- Collect required information, reports, and project-related data accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with onboarded factories.
- Resolve basic operational queries and escalate issues when required.
- Submit daily visit reports and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward language.




- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Sheets, and online forms.
- Ability to travel locally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline).
- Experience in field sales, B2B marketing, recruitment, business development, or operations is preferred.
- Own vehicle is an advantage.
- Fluent in local language and basic English/Hindi.
