About the Position

OP Jindal Community College (OPJCC), Punjipathra invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Trainer – Electrician to conduct a 3-month Short-Term Skill Development Training Program at Government ITI, Tamnar.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in the Electrician trade.
- Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, attendance, and training records.
- Assess trainees and maintain evaluation reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during practical training.
- Coordinate with OPJCC and ITI officials for smooth execution of the program.

Eligibility

- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching/training or the electrical industry.




- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Skill Development Programs, NSQF, NCVT/SCVT, or Government-sponsored training projects.
- Positive communication and practical demonstration skills.

Contract Details

- Duration: 3 Months (Retainership Contract)
- Location: Government ITI, Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh
- Joining: Immediate
- Remuneration: As per qualification and experience.
