We are looking for a highly driven and multi-skilled Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who can handle website management, SEO, paid advertising, social media growth, and overall digital brand presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO optimization, lead generation, and performance marketing while also supporting branding and growth activities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both creativity and business growth and can independently execute marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management
- Manage and update company websites regularly
- Coordinate website development and landing page creation
- Improve website speed, UI/UX, and mobile responsiveness
- Handle WordPress/Shopify or other CMS platforms
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance
SEO & Organic Growth
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve Google rankings and website traffic
- Create SEO-friendly content strategies
- Monitor website analytics and performance reports
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads and retargeting campaigns
- Generate leads with cost-effective ad strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI
- A/B testing of creatives and campaigns
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan content calendars and growth strategies
- Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
- Support influencer collaborations and PR activities
Growth & Business Support
- Identify recent digital growth opportunities
- Support lead generation and franchise/business campaigns
- Assist with email marketing and CRM management
- Research market trends and competitors
- Support other operational and marketing-related tasks when required
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Website development and CMS management
- Knowledge of WordPress/Shopify
- Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite)
- Social media marketing expertise
- Basic graphic/content understanding
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and growth mindset
