We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
