Hiring: Business Development Manager (Gate & Building Automation)
Surat / Ahmedabad (Pan-India Travel Required)

Requirements:
- 3–8 years experience in Business Development or Channel Sales
- Experience in Gate Automation, ELV, IBMS, or Building Automation preferred
- Diploma/B.E. (Electrical/Electronics); MBA is a plus
- Own Vehicle & Valid Driving License Mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Develop dealer and channel partner network across India
- Generate business through architects, builders, and corporate clients
- Manage exhibitions, lead generation, and sales follow-ups
- Handle technical proposals, tenders, CRM, and payment collections
