Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
- Conceptualize content ideas aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee content shoots (reels, videos, photos, campaigns).
- Prepare clear creative briefs for designers and video editors.
- Review and approve creative assets before publishing.
- Manage content publishing across social media platforms.
- Write captions, coordinate hashtags, and schedule posts.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and external creators to ensure timely campaign execution.

Requirements:





- 2–5 years of experience in social media and content management.
- Experience in managing content shoots, creative direction and coordinating with creative teams.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, design, and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
