- Influence client stakeholders and help them understand the advantages of Agile adoption on a need basis Coach teams in adopting engineering practices
- Develop and deliver customized role based Agile coaching training intervention
- Guide teams on leveraging AI enabled Agile tools and automation for improved delivery efficiency and data driven decision making
