We're Hiring | HR Executive

Location: Noida (Sector 6)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Seeds of Innocence, one of India's leading IVF & Fertility healthcare organizations, is looking for an HR Executive with a healthcare/hospital background to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and consultants.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and HRMS.
- Support payroll inputs, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare HR practices.





Eligibility:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 1–3 years of HR experience in a Hospital, IVF Centre, Diagnostic Lab, or Healthcare organization is mandatory.
- Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
