Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (NTTF, GTTC)

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare detailed process sheets for machining and manufacturing operations.

 Develop stage drawings based on customer drawings and process requirements.

 Design and develop fixtures, jigs, and tooling for machining processes.

 Interpret 2D/3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and GD&T for process

planning.

 Define machining sequence, datum selection, and process flow for components.

 Support shop floor during initial trials and resolve process-related issues.

 Optimize processes for cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency.





 Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering best practices.

Required Skills G Ǫualifications:

 5–8 years of experience in process planning, stage drawing, and fixture design.

 Strong knowledge of machining processes (Turning, Milling, VTL, CNC operations).

 Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks

 Valuable understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.

 Experience in preparing process documentation.
