Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Follow up the assigned leads and arrange timely meetings with the prospective B2B clients
- Generate leads for new business opportunities from existing & new clients basis field experience
- Research the dynamics of prospective client institutions alongside creation of project strategies
- Gain in-depth functional knowledge of assigned products
- Present / demonstrate features and functionalities of the assigned products to potential leads
- Prepare and submit quotes to the prospective leads
- Undertake active and timely follow-up for early closing of deal
- Handle negotiations and finalize business deals
- Drive forward company’s business growth objectives by surpassing assigned Business Targets
- Identify, develop, and secure current business opportunities and alliances in areas related to Core Business Development
- Create specialized documentation (where required) to enable forward movement of projects amid new scenarios

Qualification / Skill-sets

- Graduates / Professional Degree-holders / Post Graduates desirous of a career in Business
- Development
- No prior experience is mandatory




- Pleasing personality and excellent oral and written communication skills are pre-requisite
- Sound presentation creation and presentation delivery skills are expected
- Interest and enthusiasm to extensively travel across the country (by any means) and passion to
- interact with clients on a daily basis
- Character traits of patience, resilience, and commitment to endure long sales cycles
- Keen desire for enhanced interaction with internal teams

Added Advantage Qualification / Skill-sets

- Prior experience of 1+ years in Business Development OR Sales of IT Software Solutions / Services, with proven track – record
- Basic understanding of some facets of Banking / Financial sectors
- Prior experience of engaging with Mid-profile as well as High-profile clients / institutions
