Role & Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries through CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the admission process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales,



with at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Sales Manager role.
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Strong experience in team handling, target achievement, and sales planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in B2C sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
