About the Role
Ruchi Foodline is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Head to drive business growth across the assigned zone. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Modern Trade (MT) and Alternate Channel (ALC) sales within the FMCG industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key customer relationships.

Key Requirements
✔ 3–7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
✔ Mandatory experience in Modern Trade (MT) and Alternate Channels (ALC).
✔ Strong understanding of key accounts, retail operations, and channel management.
✔ Proven ability to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.
✔ Experience in distributor management, customer relationship management, and sales planning.
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Drive sales growth and achieve zonal business targets.




✔ Develop and execute sales strategies for Contemporary Trade and Alternate Channels.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
✔ Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising, and product visibility.
✔ Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
