Faculty – Content & Storytelling

We are looking for an experienced Faculty – Content & Storytelling to join our academic team and help shape the next generation of content strategists, copywriters, and brand storytellers.

In this role, you will design and deliver industry-led, project-based learning experiences that prepare students for successful careers in modern marketing. You'll mentor aspiring professionals, develop innovative curriculum, and bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging courses in content strategy, storytelling, copywriting, brand messaging, and editorial strategy.
- Teach students to create high-impact content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and continuously improve curriculum, assessments, and practical learning experiences aligned with industry trends.
- Incorporate real-world case studies, frameworks, and business challenges into classroom sessions.
- Mentor students in portfolio development, content reviews, capstone projects, and career readiness.




- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to strengthen strategic thinking, creativity, and skilled execution.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of four years of relevant industry experience, with demonstrated success across agencies, brands, startups, consulting, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- A portfolio that reflects strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable business impact.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate complex ideas with clarity, precision, and influence.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and classroom engagement skills, with the ability to create intellectually stimulating and highly interactive learning experiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive within a diverse, multicultural academic community that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
- A willingness to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
