Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Banquet Sales Manager to drive banquet business across weddings, social events, corporate events, and group bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, existing industry connections, and experience in generating banquet and event revenue.

Compensation:

- Budget: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month
- Performance-based Incentives applicable

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Drive banquet sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Generate business through weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and MICE opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, wedding planners, caterers, corporates, and local business networks
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand banquet business pipeline
- Conduct sales meetings, site visits, and client presentations

Event & Client Management:

- Handle end-to-end banquet sales enquiries and conversions
- Coordinate with operations and banquet teams for successful event execution
- Ensure seamless guest experience and client satisfaction
- Manage quotations, negotiations, contracts, and event closures

Market & Relationship Management:





- Build strong networks with local caterers and event vendors
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients and key accounts
- Track competition, market trends, and business opportunities
- Prepare regular MIS and sales performance reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management not mandatory)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Banquet Sales / Event Sales / Hospitality Sales / Wedding Sales
- Strong exposure to weddings, events, corporate sales, and banquet business generation
- Existing network with caterers, event planners, corporates, and banquet vendors preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills
- Target-oriented with robust business development capabilities
- Willingness to travel between Silvassa & Daman
