- To enter date/time, patients name, age, sex and other particulars in the Register.
- To co-ordinate with Admission counter for admission of the patients.
- To be responsible for the transfer of patients to the Wards and to other group hospitals in the city.
- To raise requisition in the computer for different investigations of the patient to the
concerned departments.
- In case of requisition slips make sure that they are dispatched at the earliest.
- In Medico-legal case procedures, to indicate MLC with a seal in the related
documents/medical records.
- To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
- To be aware of departments performance and objective.
- To carryout data collection/ support in data collection.
- To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety
rules.
- To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
