International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS), Bangalore & Delhi, is a leading higher education institution offering quality undergraduate and postgraduate programs. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Manager to expand our admissions network across Northern India.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and develop relationships with admission consultants, education counselors, schools, coaching institutes, and channel partners across North India.
- Promote IIBS academic programs and generate quality student admissions.
- Identify and onboard new admission consultants and maintain solid business relationships.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities to increase awareness of IIBS courses.
- Follow up with consultants and prospective students to improve admission conversions.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, consultant databases, and admission records.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth.




- Travel extensively across North India as required.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, business development, or channel sales.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to meet admission targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Northern India.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
