Job Description – Sales Coordinator

**Location:** Anand Nagar, Thane

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Gross per month

**Experience:** 1.5 – 3 Years

## Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating and coordinating service leads, maintaining customer records, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and Service Advisors. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach are encouraged to apply.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Explain the company's automobile services, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate guidance.

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic support and assistance.

* Generate customer leads and assign them to the appropriate Service Advisor based on the nearest branch location.

* Follow up on lead status and ensure timely customer response.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, leads, and service requests.

* Update and manage customer information in the CRM/system.

* Coordinate with Service Advisors and branch teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.





* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.

* Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.

* Customer-focused, polite, and qualified attitude.

* Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

* Good organizational and coordination skills.

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a call center is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of automobiles or automobile service processes will be an added advantage.
