Position: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts Executive** to manage day-to-day accounting operations for both the office and project sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and site-related financial coordination. Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries for both office and site operations.

* Record and reconcile purchase, sales, vendor, and contractor invoices.

* Manage cash and bank transactions, including site-related expenses.

* Verify material purchase bills, labour bills, and contractor invoices.

* Maintain accurate GST records and assist in GST return filing.

* Process TDS deductions, contractor payments, and ensure statutory compliance.

* Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.

* Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

* Collect payroll and wage-related data from project sites and coordinate salary processing.





* Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and internal teams for financial documentation and approvals.

* Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents for audits, reporting, and compliance.

* Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and MIS as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (**B.Com / M.Com**) with a strong accounting background.

* **1–4 years** of relevant accounting experience (construction industry experience preferred).

* Proficiency in **Tally ERP** or other accounting software.

* Practical knowledge of **GST, TDS, and statutory compliance**.

* Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and other MS Office applications.

* Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with project sites and handle field-related accounting activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
