We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive Home Loan sales ( PRIME ) by sourcing new business, building relationships with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to generate leads through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and secure new Home Loan customers through direct sales, references, and market activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property dealers, connectors, and DSA channels.

- Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to prospective customers.

- Ensure timely login and processing of applications with proper documentation.

- Achieve monthly sales targets as per the business plan.

- Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., insurance, top-up loans).

- Maintain and update daily reports on leads, prospects, and closures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
