CK Creatives is looking for an experienced Reel Director to lead the planning, direction, and execution of high-quality short-form video content for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a creative or advertising agency, strong storytelling abilities, and the capability to manage production teams while delivering engaging content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, conceptualize, and direct Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, commercials, and promotional videos.
- Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth shoot execution.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, graphic designers, content strategists, and clients.
- Direct artists, influencers, and actors during shoots.
- Ensure every production meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage production schedules, shoot timelines, and project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and audience preferences.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Reel Director, Creative Director, or Video Director.
- Prior experience in an Advertising Agency or Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling production teams and managing end-to-end video shoots.
- Experience in short film production or independent filmmaking.
- Strong scriptwriting and creative writing skills.




- Valuable understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic techniques.
- Basic knowledge of camera operations, shot composition, lenses, framing, and lighting setups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
